Kamer Gorechtkade Groningen

We are looking for 1 new housemate! (M/V preferably 25 years or older) We have a small room (+- 8,5m2) opening in our house from about 8th of January, for an indefinite amount of time. We are currently living with the 3 of us in a house in the Oosterparkwijk (Gorechtkade) in Groningen. The house is a mix of Dutch and international students, who are nearing the end of their studies. Currently, the rent is €360.We are looking for someone who is easy-going and social, but also independent because we are living more like working people :) It is a smoke-free house, and we don`t really party. Casual time together is appreciated however, like playing games, doing sports together, or having dinner and (non-alcoholic) drinks.We are open for more questions and leave a message with photos and tell a bit about yourself!
