A room becomes free in our cozy, social flat! We live with 3 people (including you) in a spacious apartment with a living room, rooftop terrace, and a beautiful view on the canal. Our place is just 5 minutes by bike to the UMCG and 5-10 minutes to the city center.We’re a social household that loves spending time together—whether it’s cooking (we share and cook vegan/vegetarian meals ), or enjoying activities like running, climbing, yoga, and basketball. While we respect each other’s personal schedules, we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a social house and appreciates spending time together.You’d be living with Helene and Svea. Helene studies Medicine in her Masters, at home you would probably find her with a cup of tea cozy on the sofa practicing Swedish or packing her things to go to the next Yoga or swimming class. Then there’s Svea, whom you can find at home playing board games if you’re lucky. But usually, she’s spending time doing sports outside like basketball, bouldering, and basically anything active, she’s always happy for people joining in.Some hard facts about the flatRent: €430 per month, all utilities included.Room: Fully furnished if you want to , around 15 m2 so no need to bring anything!Move-in: Available at the end of November.
