Hey hey,There will be a room (20 m2) to rent in the lovely Oosterpoortbuurt, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with many students close to the city centre of Groningen. It is only 5 minutes of biking or 15 minutes of walking to the Grote Markt and the central station.As I will leave Groningen to do research abroad, the room comes furnished (I will remove most of my personal items). There will be everything you need, such as a desk, chair, shelves, and a walk-in closet. The bed is in a cosy corner, and there is a couch with an armchair. I might also leave some of my plants behind, so it's optimal if you enjoy keeping plants alive ;)Bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, an oven, gas stove and fridge-freezer combination and a nice little garden area are shared with one roommate. He is a very friendly and tidy person, who enjoys doing sports and is mainly focused on his neuroscience Master's (so someone like-minded would be a good fit). Especially the kitchen offers space to cook and eat together. The flat is pet-free, not a place to party and for non-smokers only (also not outside).The room will be available from the 6th or the 7th of February until mid-/end- June 2026. Viewings will be held as soon as possible.The rent is 650 euros per month, including utilities. I am searching for someone who will take good care of my room and the shared spaces (together with the roommate, of course, household chores are split).
