We're all students and are looking for a new housemate starting December 1, 2025!The house is small but very cozy, equipped with all essential utilities: a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer, and a small balcony. The available room is 8 m2, and furniture may be available for purchase.As a household, we value a calm and quiet environment, especially during exam periods. We don’t have strict rules, but we do follow a cleaning schedule to keep the shared spaces comfortable it’s flexible during busy times like exams.We all study different subjects and have varying schedules, so we don’t see each other much during the day. However, we often catch up in the evenings in the kitchen for a little chat.
