!LOOKING FOR A NEW HOUSEMATE!! STUDENTS WELCOME!Hello everyone,We are looking for a new housemate for this fully furnished room (bedroom + office + a little storage room). We are currently 4 girls living together and are now looking for the 5th person to take over this room! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and cooking/eating equipment. The room will be free from the last week of June, indefinitely (you can terminate the contract anytime).It is located in Paddepoel, very close to the Paddepoel shopping centre, which has an Albert Heijn, Jumbo and many other stores/restaurants and 5 minutes by bike from the Zernike campus. The person would have to fill out a contract officially from 1st of July. The rent would start on June 23rd, keys can be given even earlier. The furniture (all basically brand new) must be taken over (550€).The rent is 612,70 per month, and we pay the utilities separately, utilities are around 40 per month. Solar panels were just installed, so utilities may become cheaper.
