Since i found a new apartment, i m seeing myself in the need to rent my Upsilon room ASAP. -The rent is 800/ month, you will be asked for one month and deposit-To be able to get this room, you will need to create an ssh account and ask for the university’s approval (statement that you are a student and eligible for the room)-The SSH mandatory requests, are to be a female, and a hanze student -The contract and the registration are possible at the end of March, but moving in date can be discussed.-There is a possibility to get a contract extension from ssh, and move to long stay, depending on your situation*( opened for online viewings and irl) For any other info please don t hesitate to contact me, I will try to make the taking over as smooth as possible for both of us *ABOUT THE ROOM-15 min walking from Zernike, 5 min biking -2 min walk comercial center( AH, Kruidvat, Hema, Xenox etc)-interior sheds for bike parking, as well as car parking spots in the interior yard -nice and quiet roomates from all over the world( 3 girls and 3 boys)-shared kitchen: 2 stoves, 4 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 sinks, and a big table is what you have to share with the roomates( also cleaning company is cleaning the kitchen once a week)-private spacious bathroom -fully furnished: one single bed, one desk, a chair, one drawer, one closet, lamps
